AKIS delivers to addresses within South Africa using our courier partners. Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once payment has been confirmed and may vary for regional or remote areas.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a contact number where the courier can reach you. Contact sales@akis.co.za if you need help with an order or delivery.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact sales@akis.co.za before sending it back. Items should be unworn, unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging, together with proof of purchase. Incorrect, damaged or defective items should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Eligibility, return costs, refunds and applicable exclusions are governed by our Terms & Conditions and South African consumer law. Your statutory rights are not limited by this summary.
